Every Day We Fight, Developer Diary #1 (Part 1 of 2)

Montréal, QC., 04.20.2022: – Today we released Part 1 of 2 of the first Developer Diary for our turn-based tactics game Every Day We Fight. Check it out and see what we’re dreaming up at Signal Space Lab!

Every artist uses a set of tools to express their vision to the world. Engineers can design and build tools for any purpose. Seems like a match made in heaven, but the reality of making games is such that there is often a large disconnect between those parties, that’s where the Tech Artist comes in, to bridge the gap between engineering and art.

EDWF offers a dynamic, genre-pushing combination of advancements with distinctive real-time and roguelite action that will challenge all skill levels. In this fantasy adventure, players are active crafters of their story, directly controlling their combat units to execute their plans in unfolding modular environments. And with gameplay adapting to their choices and progress, their decisions will directly impact how the adventure unfolds as they command an elite rebel force battling to reclaim their homeland.

EDWF is an Epic Mega Grant recipient and recent winner of the 2022 Big Indie Pitch, Console & PC. The game is in pre-alpha.
